Ideally located within a 10 minute walk of Holborn underground station, the junction of the Central and Piccadilly allowing easy access to the West End, Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road and Chancery Lane. Discover the City of London from the comfort of Holborn apartments.
An additional benefit with this apartment is that there is car parking on site (£15+VAT per day).
Situated within easy reach of Covent Garden, Leicester Square and The Strand. These individually designed apartments are light, spacious and contemporary in design.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps, a hair dryer and a phone (additional call charges apply).
The living room is complete with a sofa, a chair, a large flat screen TV (Freeview channels) with a DVD player. There is also a dining table and chairs. WiFi internet is provided for an extra charge of 18 GBP per week or 6 GBP per day.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, cafetiere pots, pans and utensils plus all the cutlery and crockery you will need.
The bathroom has a shower/bath, a W.C, a hand basin. Complimentary toiletries are provided.
Each apartment also benefits from a private terrace/balcony and telephone.
The apartment also has an iron and ironing board. There is a secure entry system. A Welcome Pack can be provided on request. A baby cot can be provided for an extra charge of GBP 5 plus VAT per night. Bedding is not provided for the cot.
This is a non smoking building.
Please notify us at the time of booking if you require the second bedroom to bed made up as a twin room.
Additional Booking Conditions:

- Telephone calls are charged separately to the WiFi internet access.
- Payment in full is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Further to your initial deposit, balance payments by Diners Club and American Express Card (Amex) are subject to a 3% surcharge. Visa Credit Card and MasterCard are subject to a 1.5% surcharge. This does not apply to the initial booking deposit.
- Company Cheques are accepted in Pounds Sterling or Euro. Bank Transfer: Pounds Sterling or Euro (bank details are available on request).
- A security deposit to cover any additional charges, including breakages, damages and additional cleaning, may be taken on arrival at the apartment.
- Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email is acceptable).
- Stays of less than 7 nights:
Notification of cancellation for bookings from 1 to 6 nights must be made at least 7 days prior to midday on the day of arrival. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charge.
- Stays of 7-27 nights:
Notification of cancellation for bookings from 7 - 27 nights must be made at least 7 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation will be applied.
- Stays of 28+ nights:
Notification of cancellation for bookings of 28 nights plus, at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Where notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date a minimum cancellation charge of 7 nights accommodation will apply.
- For group bookings (defined as three apartments booked by the same guest in the same building) , the minimum cancellation charges that will apply per group booking regardless of length of stay, are the same as for stays of 28+ nights as detailed above.
- Check in is after 4pm on the day of arrival. Check out is before 10am.
- It may be possible to store luggage at the apartment address until check in for an extra charge.
- When the duration of the reservation is in excess of 28 days, a discretionary final cleaning charge of up to GBP 100 plus VAT may be charged.
- Any changes made to a booking will be subject to an administration fee of GBP 25 plus VAT per booking which is payable to the apartment management company, together with any other resulting costs (for example any increase in price).
- OLYMPIC BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- Valid from 1st July - 31st August 2012. A minimum of 5 apartments must be booked. Minimum stay requirements are 28 nights.
- 50% of the remainder balance is due on booking, this is non refundable and non transferable.
- The remaining 50% is due 12 weeks prior to arrival and is non refundable and non transferable from this point.
