Regents Park East, Great central West End apartment.

Located on the North side of the Euston Road, very close to Regents Park and Tottenham Court Road, this apartment is in the heart of central London. It is a modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and has a living room,a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The location is very close to Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road and is therefore close to some excellent shopping. The immediate area has a great choice of restaurants and pubs. Theatreland and most of Londons attractions are a walk or short tube ride away. For some peace and tranquillity then Regents Park is on your doorstep.

The living room has two sofas and a double sofa bed, coffee tables, reading lamps and a flat screen TV. There is also a dining table and chairs in this room

The kitchen is stylish and modern and has a built in oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob, electric kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has two single beds and both have bedside tables and reading lamps. Both bedrooms have a built in wardrobe.

The bathrooms are clean and modern. One has a bath tub with a shower, a washbasin, and a mirror. The other has a shower, wash basin and a mirror. Hairdryers are also provided..

This apartment also provides an iron and ironing board.

Please note that this apartment has a strict no stag/hen and no party policy. Guests not abiding by this policy will be asked to leave and be subject to severe financial charges.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • Please note that the check in address for this apartment is at Ground Floor, 4 Greenland Place, NW1 0AP, not at your apartment.
  • Cots can be provided at an extra cost of GBP 20
  • A refundable security deposit of GBP 150 is due to be paid on arrival either in cash or by credit card. This is refunded if there are no damages. For groups of 5 or more people the security deposit is GBP 50 per person.
  • The lead guest, or the guest paying the security deposit must bring a form of photo identification with them.
  • In case of reservations amounting to over GBP 1,500 or for more than 1 apartment the apartment management company will require 30% of the balance amount to be paid at the time of booking by bank transfer. Please note, the booking will not be confirmed until this operation is complete.
  • Please note that if paying the balance by credit card there is a 1.7% surcharge on the balance payment.
  • Cancellation Policy
  • If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival there will be an additional cancellation charge of 15 GBP
  • If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before arrival you will forfeit your deposit and be charged a further 30% of the balance due.
  • If you cancel between 14 and 4 days before arrival you will forfeit your deposit and be charged a further 50% of the balance due.
  • If you cancel within 3 days of your arrival or you are a No Show you will forfeit your deposit and be charged the total balance due.
  • London Olympics Additional Deposit: To secure a booking for dates between 24th July and 15th August 2012 an additional non refundable deposit will be made by the apartment manager at the time of booking. This will be 50% of the total cost. This must be paid by bank transfer.
  • London Olympics 2012 Cancellation Policy.
  • Bookings for 1 apartment for less than 3 weeks:
  • Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of whole stay Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay (+ 50% prepayment) Cancellation 7 to 4 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay (+50% prepayment) No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
  • Bookings for 2 or more apartments or for more than 3 weeks: Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of whole stay.
  • Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 20% of the whole stay (+ 50% prepayment) Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 40% of the whole stay (+ 50% prepayment) No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge.
  • Reducing the number of nights or guests after confirming a reservation.
  • Reducing the number of nights will be treated as a cancellation of the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the cancellation policy. Please note the cancellation fee is counted with respect to the initially booked arrival date and not to the date of the cancelled days.
  • Reducing the number of guests will not affect the total price.
