A private direct dial telephone is provided with calls charged at local rate (20p/minute), national rate (40p/minute) and International rate (GBP 1.00/minute). All studios also have a complimentary wireless broadband connection.
There is a flat screen TV receiving all the main UK terrestrial TV channels together with a DVD player. (A DVD library is available at the reception for a small deposit and GBP1.00 per film)
The fully equipped kitchenette includes, electric stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and all pots, pans, crockery and tableware you require.
The clean and bright en suite bathrooms are fitted with W.C, handbasin and a modern, invigorating power shower. A selection of complimentary toiletries are also provided.
A maid service operates 7 days a week, ensuring your towels are changed constantly.
From the beautiful resident's drawing room on the ground floor, you can walk through French windows out onto a tranquil, ivy-clad, private walled garden with fish pond.
A laundry is situated in the basement for the use of the guests, featuring a token operated washing machine and dryer with washing powder and fabric softener provided free of charge.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- On arrival you will need to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.
- There is an extra person supplement of GBP 20 per night for the use of an additional bed.
- Cancellation Policy.
- The booking deposit you pay is non refundable and non transferable.
- You must cancel your booking before noon on the day of your arrival. If you cancel after this time then you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's rental cost.
- OLYMPIC BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- The same payment procedure and cancellation applies as normal.
