Prince #2, Bright and Spacious.

This bright apartment is conveniently located in central London. Being situated in Bayswater, it is within walking distance of Hyde Park and Paddington Station.

It is a quiet residential square where you can enjoy beautiful English surroundings and tranquillity. There is a great variety of shops, markets and restaurants nearby. The area's popular sights include Kensington Palace and Gardens, Serpentine Gallery, Wallace Collection. The capital's numerous other must-see tourist attractions are also within easy reach.

Prince's Square is close to the fashionable Notting Hill, Portobello Market and the multi-cultural district of Edgware Road. Close to a number of tube stations you can be in the West End within a few minutes.

The apartment comprises of a living area with fitted kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

The living area has a sofa, arm chair, TV with Freeview channels and DVD player, coffee table, work desk with reading lamp, CD player, dining table with chairs and storage space.

The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, cooker, fridge and a selection of cookware.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, wash basin, toiletries and WC.

An alarm clock/radio, electric fans, hair dryer, in-room safe, ironing facilities and USA/EU voltage sockets/adapters are all provided.

A cot and high chair can be provided on request. There are laundry facilities within the building, and a cleaning service and linen change every other day.

Airport transfer and mobile rental are available on request at an additional cost. A luggage room, fax facilities and a printer are available at the reception.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • A refundable security deposit of GBP 350 is payable on arrival This is refunded at departure assuming no damages.
  • As with most hotels the remaining balance will be due on arrival.
  • You must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the day of arrival to avoid 100% cancellation charges.
  • SUMMER 2012: 15th June - 20th July 2012
  • A minimum stay of 28 nights will apply.
  • Further to your intial booking deposit a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 7 nights rental will be required on booking.
  • The remaining balance will be automatically requested from your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival.
  • OLYMPIC BOOKINGS: 20th July - 15th September
  • A minimum stay of 14 nights will apply.
  • In addition to your intial booking deposit the full balance will be payable at the time of booking.
  • In the event of cancellation a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance will be charged.
  • Payments made by credit card will attract a surcharge of 3.5% for AMEX, 3% for Masterdcard or Maestro, 2% for Visa transactions.
