- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before arrival you will be charged a further 30% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel between 14 and 4 days before arrival you will be charged a further 50% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel within 3 days of your arrival, or you are a No Show, you will be charged the full remaining balance.
- London Olympics Booking and Cancellation Policy.
- To secure a booking for dates between 24th July and 15th August 2012 a second non-refundable deposit will be required to be paid directly to the apartment manager, at the time of booking. This will be 50% of the remaining balance. This deposit must be paid by bank transfer within 7 days of your booking.
- If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival, both of your initial booking deposits will be non-refundable.
- If you cancel 29 to 15 days before arrival you will be charged a further 20% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel 14 to 8 days before arrival you will be charged a further 30% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel 7 to 4 days before arrival you will be charged a further 40% of the remaining balance.
- If you cancel within 3 days of your arrival, or do not shown, you will be charged the full remaining balance.
- Reducing the number of nights will be treated as a cancellation of the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the Olympic cancellation policy.
