Additional disabled units are available on the Ground Floor, including a ramp for easy access at the entrance. The building has a 24 hour reception. A baby cot can be provided for an extra charge (GBP 25 per night).
Security in the building includes CCTV, digital card entry system, video entry and in room safe.
These single split level studio apartments are ideal for the single traveller. They offer a sleeping area equipped with a queen size bed, bedside tables and reading lamps open plan to the living, dining and kitchen area. There is an en suite bathroom.
The open plan living area has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, plasma TV with free view package, DVD, MP3 and Ipod docking station, alarm clock and dining table and chairs. WiFi broadband internet access is available.
The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, electric hob, microwave,a fridge, a kettle, dishwasher and all the cutlery and cooking utensils that you will require during your stay.
The fully tiled bathroom is a walk in wet room fitted with a shower, hand basin and WC. A hair dryer is also available for your convenience.
An iron and ironing board, communal laundry room, weekly maid and linen change, local amenity and city guide pack are also provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- On arrival you will be asked to provide your credit card for a pre-authorisation of GBP 250 security deposit. This is released from your card after departure assuming no damages to the apartment or it's contents.
- Following your initial non-refundable booking deposit the remaining balance will be automatically requested from your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival date.
- Cancellation Policy.
- For a stay of 1-7 nights, if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date you will be charged a cancellation charge of the full remaining balance.
- For stays of 8-28 nights, if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date you will be charged a cancellation charge of 14 nights rental.
- For stays of 28 + nights, if you cancel within 28 days of your arrival date you will be charged a cancellation charge of 50% of the remaining balance.
- All No shows are subject to 100% charge of original booking value.
- All Checked in guests wishing to amend the stay length are subject to a cancellation charge and should be addressed to the central reservations team.
- OLYMPICS BOOKINGS:
- Further to your initial booking deposit, 50% of the remaining balance is payable at the time of booking. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- The remaining balance is then due by 1st March 2012 again this is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
