Mayfair House is perfectly located in the exclusive area of Mayfair. Wonderfully positioned between the beautiful open spaces of Green Park and Hyde Park, it is also minutes from a host of celebrated West End theatres, restaurants and designer stores.

The apartments are furnished and equipped to the very highest standard and have full central heating and air-conditioning, ensuring you maximum comfort during your stay.

The living area is traditionally and tastefully furnished with large comfortable sofas, individual arm chairs and an elegant dining table and chairs. All apartment have plasma TV's and VCR's ,whilst DVD & CD players are available on request. The TV's broadcast a full satellite entertainment package with nearly 100 channels, offering a wide range of news, movies and sport.

The extremely sumptuous bedroom offers a large double bed, bedside tables, direct dial telephone and ample wardrobe space.

The beautiful fully tiled bathroom is fitted with wc, bath / shower and handbasin, and to provide for the ultimate in relaxation, there is also a regular supply of, luxuriant white towels and complimentary Bvlgari toiletries.

The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with virtually every appliance you could possibly need. Marble work surfaces emphasise the quality of design, which is complimented by a full range of integrated appliances such as oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

A maid service is provided 7 days a week ensuring a regular supply of towels and fresh linen

If you are visiting on business there is a wide selection of office facilities provided, ranging from, individual voice mail and fax, free broadband wireless internet connection, photocopying, and secretarial services. To keep in touch whilst you are out and about, a complimentary mobile (cell) phone can also be supplied on request.

To unwind at the end of a busy day, there is an in-house gym with all the latest hi-tech workout machines.

If travelling by car, the apartments has it's own underground car park which can be reserved on request and CCTV operates throughout the building for the security of the residents.

PLEASE NOTE: January 2012- April 2012 there will be renovation works underway on the first and second floors of this building. It is anticipated that noise associated with these works may occur between 10am-4pm daily. The apartment manager is making every effort to ensure that the disruptions is kept to a minimum.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • On arrival you will be asked to provide your credit card for a pre authorisation of GBP 1000 security deposit. This is released from your card after departure assuming no damages.
  • As with most hotels the remaining balance will be due on arrival.
  • You must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the day of arrival to avoid 100% cancellation charges.
  • SUMMER 2012: 1st June 2012 - 20th July 2012
  • A minimum stay of 28 nights will apply.
  • Further to your intial booking deposit a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 7 nights rental will be required on booking.
  • The remaining balance will be automatically requested from your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival.
  • OLYMPIC BOOKINGS: 20th July - 15th September
  • A minimum stay of 14 nights will apply.
  • In addition to your intial booking deposit the full balance will be payable at the time of booking.
  • In the event of cancellation a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance will be charged.
  • Payments made by credit card will attract a surcharge of 3.5% for AMEX, 3% for Masterdcard or Maestro, 2% for Visa transactions.
