The room has a double bed, LCD television including 40 channels with Sky sports and Sky Movies, DVD player, wardrobe, bedside table and reading lamps.
Communal facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with a washer/dryer, fridge, microwave/oven, sink, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. Breakfast is self-service and you can help yourself any time of the day.
The communal living area comes with comfortable sofa's, armchair and complimentary WiFi connection, dining table and chairs and an open fire place.
This is a large property sharing with four other rooms. The room shares a bathroom with only one other room. The shared bathroom with a bath and shower over, hand basin, hair dryer and WC.
There is a communal roof terrace to enjoy which comes with a seating bench.

- You will be required to pay this via Paypal, the apartment managers Paypal details will be provided to you in your Confirmation Email.
- The remaining balance is then payable on arrival.
- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Further to this cancellation notification received more than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to no further cancellation fees and you will receive a refund of the first nights rental which you paid to secure the booking.
- Cancellation notification received less than 7 days prior to your arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights rental.
- Cancellation notification received on the day of arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 3 nights rental.
