Self service breakfast is included in a further communal kitchen within the building, the communal kitchen has larger appliances which is include an oven, hob, washing machine and dryer.
There is a communal roof terrace to enjoy which comes with a seating bench.

- You will be required to pay this via Paypal, the apartment managers Paypal details will be provided to you in your Confirmation Email.
- The remaining balance is then payable on arrival.
- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Further to this cancellation notification received more than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to no further cancellation fees and you will receive a refund of the first nights rental which you paid to secure the booking.
- Cancellation notification received less than 7 days prior to your arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights rental.
- Cancellation notification received on the day of arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 3 nights rental.
