Manson Place #5, Spacious, Bright, Great Location

This apartment building is in the highly desirable area of South Kensington in Central London. Close to the Natural History and Science Museums, the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace and well communicated by both bus and underground.

There is maid service and linen change every other day and the building is safe and secure with a secure entry system and CCTV.

This large two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is the ideal space for a family or group of friends. It is well furnished and very comfortable with large windows allowing plenty of light. It has a living room/dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The living room has a sofa and comfortable chair, a TV with satellite channels and a dining table and chairs.

The apartment is equipped with free broadband internet, a DVD and CD player and central heating.

The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, crockery and cutlery. In some apartments there is also a dishwasher.

The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin beds.

The bathrooms are fully tiled with a bath with a shower over, a hand basin and a toilet. Complimentary bathroom products are provided.

Internet access is complimentary.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • On arrival you will be asked to provide your credit card for a pre authorisation of GBP 350 security deposit. This is released from your card after departure assuming no damages.
  • As with most hotels the remaining balance will be due on arrival.
  • You must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the day of arrival to avoid 100% cancellation charges.
  • SUMMER 2012: 1st June 2012 - 20th July 2012
  • A minimum stay of 28 nights will apply.
  • Further to your intial booking deposit a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 7 nights rental will be required on booking.
  • The remaining balance will be automatically requested from your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival.
  • OLYMPIC BOOKINGS: 20th July - 15th September
  • A minimum stay of 14 nights will apply.
  • In addition to your intial booking deposit the full balance will be payable at the time of booking.
  • In the event of cancellation a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance will be charged.
  • Payments made by credit card will attract a surcharge of 3.5% for AMEX, 3% for Masterdcard or Maestro, 2% for Visa transactions.

  • "The apartment itself was in great shape and the maid service was first rate! The appliances were rated low only due to the Washer/Dryer that wouldn't dry well. I think that this was due to a filter than was supposed to be cleaned regularly, but could not even be accessed because of the way the appliance was built into the cabinet. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon. A clear checkout procedure would help as well. We left on a Sunday morning and no one was there to check us out."

The appliances were rated low only due to the Washer/Dryer that wouldn't dry well.
