This apartment building is in the highly desirable area of South Kensington in Central London. Close to the Natural History and Science Museums, the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace and well communicated by both bus and underground.
There is maid service and linen change every other day and the building is safe and secure with a secure entry system and CCTV.
This one bedroom apartment is the ideal space for a couple or small family. It is well furnished and very comfortable with large windows allowing plenty of light. It has a living room/dining room, a kitchen, a separate bedroom and bathroom.
The living room has a sofa and comfortable chair, a TV with satellite channels and a dining table and chairs.
The apartment is equipped with free broadband internet, a DVD and CD player and central heating.
The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, crockery and cutlery. In some apartments there is also a dishwasher.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a bath with a shower over, a hand basin and a toilet. Complimentary bathroom products are provided.
Please note that some of these one bedroom apartments are on the lower ground floor and others on upper floors. Floor level cannot be guaranteed but a request can be made.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- On arrival you will be asked to provide your credit card for a pre authorisation of GBP 250 security deposit. This is released from your card after departure assuming no damages.
- As with most hotels the remaining balance will be due on arrival.
- You must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the day of arrival to avoid 100% cancellation charges.
- SUMMER 2012: 1st June 2012 - 20th July 2012
- A minimum stay of 28 nights will apply.
- Further to your intial booking deposit a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 7 nights rental will be required on booking.
- The remaining balance will be automatically requested from your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival.
- OLYMPIC BOOKINGS: 20th July - 15th September
- A minimum stay of 14 nights will apply.
- In addition to your intial booking deposit the full balance will be payable at the time of booking.
- In the event of cancellation a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance will be charged.
- Payments made by credit card will attract a surcharge of 3.5% for AMEX, 3% for Masterdcard or Maestro, 2% for Visa transactions.

The apartment was clean and the bedding and towels were of a reasonable standard. Duvet rather than blanket and sheets would be better in my opinion.Good power to the shower in bathroom.Location is ideal for museums and there is a wide range of restaurants and bars locally.
