This modern one bedroom apartment enjoys a fantastic location and stylish furnishings. The apartment consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, one double bedroom and a bathroom.
The living area has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, large flat screen TV with free view package, DVD player, dining table and chairs and complimentary wireless internet access.
The cosy double bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and storage.
The kitchen has fitted modern kitchen units fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery that you will require during your stay.
The light, bright bathroom is fully tiled with a bath with shower over, W.C., and handbasin. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom.
An iron and ironing board will be provided during your stay and a weekly cleaning and linen change will be provided. Baby cots and an additional bed for a third guest can be provided on request.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A security deposit of GBP 200 will be payable on arrival against any damages incurred during your stay this is fully refundable on departure.
- Further to your initial booking deposit the apartment manager will require a non-refundable booking deposit of 10% of the balance at the time of booking.
- As with most hotels the remaining balance is due in cash on arrival.
- On arrival you will be required to pay a security deposit which is held for the duration of your stay as security against any damages incurred during your stay.
- All payments taken by the apartment manager are subject to a 3.5% surcharge. AMEX is not accepted by this apartment manager.
- CANCELLATION:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
- For bookings up to 14 nights:
- Cancellation notification received up to three days prior to your arrival dates will be subject to an admin fee of GBP 100.
- Cancellation notification received within three days of your arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- For bookings of 14 nights or more:
- Cancellation notification received up to three days prior to your arrival dates will be subject to cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the remaining balance.
- Cancellation notification received within three days of your arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- OLYMPIC BOOKINGS: June - September 2012
- Further to your initial booking deposit the apartment manager will charge a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the balance on booking.
- The remaining balance will be payable on arrival.
- All bookings are non-transferable.
- OLYMPIC CANCELLATIONS:
- Your initial booking deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- Further to this cancellation notification received more than 30 days prior will incur no further cancellation charges.
- Cancellation notification received within 30 days of arrival or during your stay will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
