These Battersea Road apartments are a collection of four high end three bedroom two bathroom apartments. Set in a Grade II listed building which has been renovated and restored to its original grandeur. From the outside the building looks and feels like piece of living history, brought back to its original splendour.
Inside, the apartments are open, bright and modern. Battersea Park is only two minutes away - a popular park that offers the tranquillity of large open green spaces. The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a large and spacious living room with separate kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are located on a adjacent floor along with the main family bathroom and an additional cloak room. Finally the property benefits from its own private garden.
The living room consist of two large sofas, each one can be easily be turned into a large double sofa bed, offering a very comfortable sleeping space for up to four extra guests. The hard wood dining table is easily extendible to accommodate up to nine guests, whilst beautiful art work and wall furnishings create a calm and relaxing environment, a true home from home.

Each apartment comes fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle plus all the kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates and cookware required to make full use of the splendid kitchen.
The top floor consists of the master and second and third bedroom, there is also a second full sized family bathroom.
The bedrooms each consists of a large king size bed, with plenty of storage and wardrobe space, dressing table and vanity mirror, along with two bed side tables. Each bed can also be split into two large singles with the innovative zip and link system.
Both bathrooms are spacious and in excellent condition. High quality fittings and accessories have been used throughout. Each bathroom consists of full bath with rain shower and extendible hose flow attachments, luxury fitted sink with filter taps and are bathed in a warm glow to provide calm and relaxing space.
The large private garden makes for an excellent outside space during the summer months. A patio with garden chairs and table along with a gas BBQ sits at the top of the garden, a large grass area then follows.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Balance payment by credit card or bank transfer prior to arrival can be facilitated, please contact us if you wish to pay the balance prior to arrival.
- Balance payments made using Visa Credit Card/MasterCard will be subject to a 3% surcharge, American Express will be subject to a 5% surcharge.
- Cancellation received more than 28 days prior to arrival will not be subject to further cancellation fees.
- Cancellation notification received up to 2 days prior to your arrival date there will be an additional charge equivalent to the first night's rental.
- Cancellation on the day of arrival or 'no shows' will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- The credit card holder must be present at the time of check-in. The credit card holder must also have valid photo ID (passport, UK/EEA driving licence or UK/EEA ID card). The credit or debit card used at the time of booking must be produced at check in. Failure to produce the said credit/debit card will mean that the whole balance must be paid in full using any other means of payment. The keys will not be released or accommodation provided if this condition is not met.
- The credit card holder will be designated 'group leader' and must be an adult of at least 18 years. NO accommodation will be provided to groups of minors. Furthermore, the group leader will admit all responsibility for any damage caused to the apartment or contents and will be liable to pay for any repairs or replacements.
- The apartment manager reserves the right to request a damage deposit of GBP 150 per person at check-in, at their discretion. Deposit will be returned on check-out following inspection of the apartment.
- OLYMPIC BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- Valid from the 1st July 2012 to the 30th September 2012. In addition to the non refundable deposit 50% of the remainder will be taken on booking, this is non refundable and non transferable in the case of cancellation. The remaining 50% of the balance will then be due on arrival.
