This apartment building is in a fantastic location in desirable Kensington. Just a few minutes walk from the great shopping and restaurants of High Street Kensington, glorious Hyde Park is equally close and Kensington Palace and the Royal Albert Hall are both a couple of minutes walk away.
Only a little further is the famous Victoria and Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and within easy reach is Knightsbridge with Harrods and Harvey Nichols.
These modern, clean, convenient small one bedroom apartments consist of a living area, incorporating a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The living area has a sofa bed suitable for one person, a TV, and a dining table and chairs. This room has beautiful wooden floors and is furnished in a contemporary style.
The kitchenette includes a fridge, a hob, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and all kitchen utensils.
The bedroom has a double bed and a work desk and chair. Please note, that in some of these apartments, although the bedroom is a separate space, there is no door closing the sleeping space off completely from the rest of the apartment.
The bathroom provides for all your needs with a shower, toilet, handbasin and a hairdryer.
The apartment also has ironing facilities and an electric fan. The building has communal laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers which are charged when used.
Baby cots can be supplied at a charge of GBP 5 per night. High chairs are provided at GBP 5 per day. Broadband internet is provided at a charge of GBP 5 per day, GBP 15 per week, GBP 30 per month.
The reception in the building is open from 9am through until 10pm.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- PLEASE NOTE: There are many apartments of this type in the building, therefore we would not be able to guarantee a specific floor level. The photographs of the apartment are representative of the style and standard of the apartment that you will receive your during your stay and may not be of the exact apartment that you are allocated.
- The deposit for this booking is split into 2 transactions, one for Loving Apartments Limited, and the second for the accommodation managers. Both deposits are non-refundable. The payment to the accommodation manager is taken automatically from the credit card you supply. The remaining balance will then be taken 21 days prior to arrival.
- For bookings made within 21 days of arrival, the full rental amount will be taken at the time of booking.
- Payments due to the accommodation managers will be subject to a 3% surcharge, if using Visa or Mastercard, and 4% if using American Express. There is a GBP 1.00 charge for using a Visa Debit Card.
In the event of cancellation for bookings of 1 or 2 apartments OR for stays of less than 3 weeks: The following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to GBP 20.
- Cancellations received between 15-29 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total accommodation costs.
- Cancellations received 4-14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 70% of the total accommodation costs.
- Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
- For bookings of more than 2 apartments OR for stays of longer than 3 weeks: The following charges will apply:
- Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total accommodation costs.
- Cancellations received between 8-29 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 70% of the total accommodation costs.
- Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
- OLYMPIC BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- For any bookings made more than 91 days prior to arrival: Your card will be charged 25% of the total booking cost at time of booking. The remaining 75% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For bookings made 91 days or less prior to arrival the total cost of your stay will be due upon booking.
- For all payments using a Visa or MasterCard a 3% surcharge will apply. If paying the balance by AMEX a 4% surcharge will apply.
- In case of any cancellation the booking deposit is non - refundable.
- If the remaining 75% of balance payment is not received three days after the due date, the booking will automatically be cancelled and the initial deposit will be lost.
- Once the total booking cost has been paid this is non refundable.
- If you wish to reduce the number of nights for your stay the nights being reduced will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the Olympic cancellation policy.
