Kensington #3, Superb value, stylish apartments in a great location
Located in South Kensington, the apartments are within easy walking distance of Kensington High Street, Gloucester Road and Earls Court Underground stations. Close by, you will also find The Natural History Museum and The Science Museum, both within a 10 minute walk.
This elegant building of Edwardian architecture, with its typically high ceilings and large windows, provides apartments that are furnished in a comfortable traditional English style. It also has a communal garden and a small lift.
The apartment's living room has a comfortable seating area with a double sofa bed, an armchair and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining area with a table and chairs.
The master bedroom is en suite, fully furnished in a traditional style and has a Queen size bed, that can be made into twin beds on request. Put up baby cots are available at an additional cost.
The second bedroom has twin beds in it and the third bedroom has bunk beds.
The apartment's bathroom has a toilet, mirror, heated towel rails and a sink. Hair dryers and fans are available on request. The en suite bathroom is fully equipped as well.
The kitchen has oven and hob, microwave, toaster, and coffee-maker. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Some of the kitchens have fridge freezers.
All apartments have central heating, TV with cable channels and a direct line telephone, with charges of 17p per minute plus VAT. Dial up internet is also available at the cost of the call charges. DVD players are available to hire (GBP 10 per week).
Mobile USB modems can be supplied at a cost of GBP 18 per week for up to 1 gb. (There is a charge of GBP 18 for usage of each 1 gb thereafter).
Some of the one bedroom apartments have washer/dryers and/or dishwashers, please make a specific request if you need to have these in your apartment. All of the two and three bedroom apartments have a washing machine.
During week days there is a daily maid service.

- Stag and Hen booking are not accepted at this residence.
- On arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. Please note that your credit card may be charged to cover any incidental expenses or damages which may be incurred during your stay.
- Thereafter, you must provide a minimum of 21 days cancellation notice to avoid further charges. These charges may be up to 100% of your outstanding balance.
- For bookings during July and August 2012, cancellations must be received no later than 28 days prior to your arrival date in order to avoid further charges. These charges may be up to 100% of your outstanding balance.
