Islington is also the home of Arsenal football club at the Emirates Stadium and close by is Sadlers Wells Theatre. As a location it offers the leisure and business traveller both convenience and culture.
The ground floor apartment has three double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. The apartment has wooden floors throughout. There is communal private parking available during the daytime only. At night parking is on the street which is metered.
The living room offers a large double sofa bed and comfortable chair, a 42" flat screen T.V. and a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen provides a fridge freezer, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. There is also a washer/dryer.
Each bedroom has a double bed and bedside tables plus plenty of wardrobe space. There is an additional portable bed for a 9th guest which can fit in a bedroom or in the living room.
Please note: After the 9th guest there are 3 fold out beds provided for the 10th, 11th and 12th guests.
The bathroom offers a bath with shower over, toilet and handbasin.
This apartment is simple, functional and comfortable, offering good value in Trendy Islington.

- The balance can be paid prior to arrival by bank transfer.
- For all arrivals after 4.30 pm, for those guests paying the balance on arrival, if you arrive later than your stated arrival time a charge of GBP 20 per hour will be payable to your greeter on arrival.
- Cancellation Policy.
- If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival you will be charged the full rental amount.
