Being positioned in the Docklands you are able to take advantage of the wide variety of water sports including windsurfing, power boating and water-skiing. Around you will find many restaurants, bars, shops and local transport that will take you to the centre to make sure you see all the top attractions.
This modern one bedroom apartment offers you great comfort for your stay in the city. The apartment is open plan having a combined living/dining/kitchen area, one bedroom and bathroom.
Most of these apartments have a private balcony but this is not guaranteed.
The bright open living area a sofa, free view T.V, a DVD player, an MP3 plug in facility and a mirror. A dining table comfortably seating four guests is in the same area.
In the same room is the stylish fully equipped kitchen having an oven, a stove, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware.
Making your way to the bedroom you will find a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe.

- For stays of 1 - 6 nights: If you cancel less then 3 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged the full booking cost.
- For stays of 7-27 nights: If you cancel less then 7 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged the cost of 7 nights rental.
- For stays of 28 nights or more: If you cancel less then 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged the cost of 14 nights rental.
