This three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is presented to a good standard, offering a reception room with an open-plan fully fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. It is located on the third floor of the building with a lift.
The living area has a sofa. coffee table and a TV with cable channels and a DVD player. High speed internet is provided. Large sliding windows open out onto a small balcony and has views across the canal.
The kitchen is open plan to the living area and has an oven and hob, microwave oven, a fridge, dishwasher, a toaster and all the utensils you will need for your stay. There is also a dining table with chairs.
There are two double bedrooms, each with a double bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is plenty of storage space for your clothes.
There are two modern bathrooms. One has a bath with shower over, hand basin and WC. The other has a shower, hand basin and WC. A hair dryer is provided.
Also provided in the apartment is a washer/dryer, an iron and ironing board and a phone. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.

- This will be taken by your apartment management company 21 days prior to arrival from the credit card provided at the the of booking.
- If you book within 21 days of arrival the full balance will be taken at the time of booking.
- All payments taken by your apartment management company are subject to a 4% credit card surcharge.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel less than 21 days prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total balance.
- If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total balance.
- If you cancel less than 7 days or no prior to arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total balance.
