This stylish and modern second floor two bedroom apartment occupies a lovely South Bank location in the borough of Greenwich within easy reach of Central London, Canary Wharf and the O2 Arena. Greenwich Village has an abundance of bars, restaurants, cinemas and the famous Greenwich Market.

There are two bedrooms, a comfortable living and dining area, fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, bed side tables, reading lamps and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a shower (no WC).

The second bedroom has a twin beds and there is a pull out bed.

The welcoming living area has a two sofas, T.V., with free view package, DVD player, coffee table, dining table and chairs.

Open plan to the living area the fully fitted kitchen is a well-equipped with electric coffee maker, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven and washing machine.

The bright bathroom has a bath with shower over, handbasin, heated towel rail, mirror and W.C.

There is a daily maid service and cots and high chairs can be hired on request.

This building benefits from a gym, swimming pool and concierge.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Cots and high chairs are available charged at GBP 25 per item for your stay.
• Payment:
• Your initial booking deposit is taken in two transactions the first payable to Loving Apartments, the apartment manager requires a deposit of 25% of the remaining balance at the time of booking this is included in the total booking deposit calculated and taken automatically at the time of booking.
• The apartment manager will automatically charge the remaining balance to the card provided at the time of booking, 8 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy:
• In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation notification received more than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the balance of the booking.
• Cancellation notification received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the balance of the booking.
• The apartment manager does not charge a security deposit however your card details will be held as security against your booking for the duration of your stay.
