The apartments are located in a beautiful listed Victorian building, off a quiet street very close to Whiteleys shopping centre where there are many excellent shops, restaurants and a cinema complex.
Also extremely convenient for the London Underground network with Bayswater station jut a 5 minute walk away.
There is a communal laundry in the basement, a 24 hour reception and a breakfast room.
This family courtyard apartment has an open plan living area with kitchen, a double bedroom and an en suite bathroom.
The kitchen is fitted with a hob, microwave oven, refridgerator, dishwasher, kettle and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay
The living area has two large queen-size sofabeds, TV and a work desk and chair. There are also two comfortable chairs and a coffee table. The apartment also has a DVD player,a CD player and free broadband internet access.
The bedroom has a king sized double bed. In some apartments this can be converted to two single beds on request and subject to availability, There are also bedside tables and reading lamps.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a hand basin, a heated towel rail and a W.C. A hairdryer is also provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Further to your initial booking deposit, all subsequent deposit payments and balance payments will be subject to a 2% surcharge.
- At the time of booking the apartment manager will also take a payment from your credit card of the value of one nights stay.
- The remaining balance is due on arrival.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of stays up to 14 nights must be made 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. A charge of one night's stay will apply for cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival.
- Cancellation of stays of 14-90 nights must be made 8 days prior to arrival. A charge equivalent to 7 night's stay will apply for cancellation made within 7 days of arrival.
- Cancellation of stays of 90 nights or more must be made 15 days prior to arrival. A charge equivalent to 14 night's stay will apply for cancellation made within 14 days of arrival.
- Please note that due to high demand in the summer months, nightly rates for July and August may be higher than published rates. All rates will be confirmed prior to booking and thereafter will be non-changeable.
- OLYMPIC BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- Valid from the 26th May 2012 to the 30th September 2012.
- 50% of the remainder payment will be taken at the time of booking from your card, from this point it is non refundable and non transferable.
- The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival and from this point is non refundable and non transferable.
