The building is located within a short walk from the Serpentine, the Bird sanctuary and the beautiful fountains of Hyde Park. It overlooks the famous Italian Gardens, designed in the early 1800's, by architect Andre Parmentier.
All the apartments in the building have a broadband internet connection, satellite TV and all modern amenities. A 24hr monitored CCTV service ensures security.
There is a daily housekeeping service except on Sundays with linen and towels changed every third day.
These newly refurbished apartments offer a spacious living room equipped with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, some storage space, a dining table and chairs.
The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables and a work-desk. The fully tiled en-suite bathroom is fitted with wc, shower over bath and handbasin.
The second bedroom provides another double bed (which can be separated on request, built in wardrobes, and bedside tables. There is a second bathroom in the hallway, it is fully tiled and fitted with wc, shower and hand-basin.
The third bedroom whilst smaller than the other provides two single beds which can be made into a double on request, built in wardrobes and bedside tables.
The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
A cleaning service is provided daily (except Sundays) with a linen an towel change every three days. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for your personal use.
All the apartments have a TV broadcasting satellite channels, offering a wide range of news, movies and sport. Also, free broadband internet connection is provided within the building.
A mobile air-conditioning unit is also provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- On arrival you will be asked to provide your credit card for a pre authorisation of GBP 900 security deposit. This is released from your card after departure assuming no damages.
- As with most hotels the remaining balance will be due on arrival.
- You must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the day of arrival to avoid 100% cancellation charges.
- SUMMER 2012: 1st June 2012 - 20th July 2012
- A minimum stay of 28 nights will apply.
- Further to your intial booking deposit a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 7 nights rental will be required on booking.
- The remaining balance will be automatically requested from your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival.
- OLYMPIC BOOKINGS: 20th July - 15th September
- A minimum stay of 14 nights will apply.
- In addition to your intial booking deposit the full balance will be payable at the time of booking.
- In the event of cancellation a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance will be charged.
- Payments made by credit card will attract a surcharge of 3.5% for AMEX, 3% for Masterdcard or Maestro, 2% for Visa transactions.
