The open-plan kitchen features an electric hob, fridge, microwave, multi function dishwasher, integrated washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The two high spec bathrooms provide a bath with shower over, toilet, handbasin and hair dryer.
An iron and ironing board, information pack, free broadband internet access via dongle, on site underground secure parking charged at 20 GBP per day are all available to ensure an enjoyable stay. The parking needs to be booked and paid for in advance.

Additional cleaning can be arranged on request and is charged at 50 GBP per day.

- Late Check In Charges:
- For arrivals after 9pm a late check in charge of GBP 50 will be made.
- For check in after midnight a late check in charge of GBP 100 will be made.
- Further to your initial booking deposit in order to secure your booking the full balance of the booking will automatically be requested from your card by apartment manager at the time of booking.
- Payment of the rental balance by Mastercard and Visa will incur a 2.8% charge and American Express payments will incur a 3.5% charge.
- A security deposit of 200 GBP will also be taken at the time of booking.
- For last minute bookings where the check in date is the same as the booking date, bookings must be received by 12noon.
- Cancellation:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
- In the event of cancellation the full balance will be charged and is non-transferable.
