This modern, serviced apartment building is situated just a few minutes walk from the Canary Wharf Tower and underground station. It provides purpose built accommodation for the business person looking for a relaxing environment after a hard day's work. It offers a gymnasium, swimming pool and a concierge service that is available during the day.
These one bedroom apartment features a spacious living room offering comfortable sofas, dining table with chairs, TV with satellite channels, CD, DVD player and complimentary wireless internet.
The bedroom offers a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardobe offering additional storage space. An extra temporary bed is provided for the third guest.
The open-plan kitchen features an oven and hob, fridge, combination microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The full bathroom provides a bath, toilet, handbasin and heated towel rail.

- Please note that these apartments are operated exclusively for the use of corporate guests. Full payment for your stay will be required at the time of booking, together with a refundable security deposit of GBP 350.
- In the event of cancellation a full refund of the rental amount will be given, providing written notification is received within the required notice periods shown below
- The cancellation notice periods for apartments booked during the periods 1 January - 30 June 2012 and 11 September - 31 December 2012 are:
- for bookings of 1 - 6 nights 24 hours clear notice prior to the arrival date is required.
- for bookings of between 7 and 30 nights, a full 7 days notice prior to your arrival date is required.
- for bookings of 31 nights or more, a full 14 days notice prior to your arrival date is required.
- Cancellations received after the relevant notification date will be subject to a charge equal to the nightly rate multiplied by the number of days since the notification date has passed, e.g. if only ten days' notice has been given where fourteen are required, then the cancellation charge will be for four nights at the relevant nightly rate.
- Olympics Bookings.
- The following policy applies to bookings during the London 2012 Olympics 1 July - 10 September 2012:
- Full Payment is due by bank transfer at the time of booking.
- No refund is made upon cancellation.
