These very smart apartments are located in a fine period building, overlooking a tranquil garden square, in fashionable South Kensington.

The apartment building is within easy walking distance of Gloucester Road , South Kensington and Earls Court Underground stations. Close by, you will also find just about every type of restaurant, cafe or bar whilst local shops and delicatessens can provide for all your daily needs.

These lovely one bedroom apartments are sumptuously furnished and consist of a large living area complete with a suite of sofas and comfortable arm chairs, and an elegant dining room table and chairs. There is also a sofa bed which can accommodate either one adult or two children at an extra cost. All the apartments have full central heading.

The TV in the living area offers a range of cable channels whilst additional entertainment is provided by a DVD and CD player. All apartments have a direct dial telephone and high speed wireless internet.

The bedroom has a large double bed, bedside tables with lamps, hairdryer, digital safe and matching wardrobes and drawers offering ample storage space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster and fridge with all pots, pans, crockery and utensils also provided. Complimentary use of a laundry room is available for all guests . Alternatively a personal laundry service is provided for a small additional charge.

The fully tiled bathroom is clean and bright, has ample mirrors, wc, hand basin and bath/shower.

A daily maid service operates 6 days a week (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) ensuring a regular provision of clean linen and towels.

The apartment building also operates a 24 hour reception desk for your convenience and security.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • As with most hotels, you will be required to provide a security deposit on arrival for the amount of GBP 350.00, in the form of an imprint of your credit card or cash. This will be refundable on departure, following the settlement of your account.
  • Further to the initial booking deposit the full balance will be due 14 days before arrival. If you book within 14 days of arrival the total rental amount will be charged at the time of booking
  • Thereafter you must provide a minimum of 28 days notice to avoid a further charge of 25% of the total rental amount.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival you will charged for 100% of rental amount. The cancellation charge will be limited to an amount not exceeding 7 nights apartment charge.
