Additional cleaning can be arranged on request and is charged at 50 GBP per day.
Please note that this apartment building is located between a British Rail line and the Commercial Road, and therefore noise disturbance can be experienced.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Further to your initial booking deposit in order to secure your booking the full balance of the booking will automatically be requested from your card by apartment manager at the time of booking.
- Payment of the rental balance by Mastercard and Visa will incur a 2.8% charge and American Express payments will incur a 3.5% charge.
- A security deposit of 200 GBP will also be taken at the time of booking.
- For last minute bookings where the check in date is the same as the booking date, bookings must be received by 12noon.
- Cancellation:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
- In the event of cancellation the full balance will be charged and is non-transferable.
