Situated close to the City of London and the Tower of London, this is an ideal location for both the leisure and business traveller. The apartment building has a 24 hour concierge, weekly maid service is provided and a daily maid service is available on request at GBP 15.00 (+ VAT)per hour.
Cots can be provided in the apartment but need to be requested. Extra fold out beds can also be provided at GBP 10.00 (+ VAT)per day. A hair dryer, radio / alarm clock, telephone, iron and ironing board are provided in the apartment for your use and there is complimentary wireless internet.

This clean and modern two bedroom apartment has an entrance hall, living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living area features floor to ceiling windows for a bright outlook, an LCD flat screen TV, DVD and CD Player. Wireless broadband internet access is provided subject to a Fair Usage Policy. There is also a dining table and chairs. This lovely room benefits from wooden flooring.
The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine with dryer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a double wardrobe. It also has an en suite shower room.
The second bedroom also has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe.
There is a main bathroom off the main hallway with a shower, WC and hand basin.
Welcome pack includes Fairtrade tea, coffee, sugar and hot chocolate, milk (1 pint), biscuits, bathroom products, soaps and Ecover cleaning and washing products.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Balance Payment:
- For booking made within 28 days of your arrival date the full balance is required at the time of booking, the apartment manager will automatically request the balance from your credit card at the time of booking.
- When a booking is made more than 35 days prior to the arrival date, a second deposit payment of 25% is payable to the apartment manager at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due to be paid 28 days before arrival.
- If full payment is not received by this time, the booking may be cancelled and the deposits forfeited. You may also be liable for the balance of the total rent and for any other costs involved in the attempt to re-let the accommodation.
- Card payments taken by the apartment manager will be subject to the following charges:
- A 2% surcharge for all Credit cards and non UK debit cards.
- A 4% surcharge for AMEX and Diners Card payments.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel within 14 days of arrival the full remaining balance will be charged.
