These apartments are located in a three block development built around an elegant water garden, in the Aldgate area of central London. Situated close to the City of London and the Tower of London, this is an ideal location for both the leisure and business traveller. Local attractions include the Tower of London, London Dungeons, Golden Hinde, the Globe Theatre and Tate Modern.
The apartment building has a 24 hour concierge, weekly maid service is provided and a daily maid service is available on request at GBP 15.00 (+ VAT)per hour.
Cots can be provided in the apartment but need to be requested. Extra fold out beds can also be provided at GBP 10.00 (+ VAT)per day. A hair dryer, radio / alarm clock, telephone, iron and ironing board are provided in the apartment for your use and there is complimentary wireless internet.
If request an upgraded welcome pack is available at a charge of GBP 15.00 (+ VAT).
This clean and modern one bedroom apartment has an entrance hall, living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The living area features floor to ceiling windows for a bright outlook, an LCD flat screen TV, DVD and CD Player. Wireless broadband internet access is provided subject to a Fair Usage Policy. There is also a small dining table and chairs. This lovely room benefits from wooden flooring.
The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine with dryer.
The bedroom has a king size bed and a double wardrobe.
There is a spacious bathroom off the main hallway with a shower, WC and hand basin.
Welcome pack includes Fairtrade tea, coffee, sugar and hot chocolate, milk (1 pint), biscuits, bathroom products, soaps and Ecover cleaning and washing products.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Balance Payment:
- For booking made within 28 days of your arrival date the full balance is required at the time of booking, the apartment manager will automatically request the balance from your credit card at the time of booking.
- When a booking is made more than 35 days prior to the arrival date, a second deposit payment of 25% is payable to the apartment manager at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due to be paid 28 days before arrival.
- If full payment is not received by this time, the booking may be cancelled and the deposits forfeited. You may also be liable for the balance of the total rent and for any other costs involved in the attempt to re-let the accommodation.
- Card payments taken by the apartment manager will be subject to the following charges:
- A 2% surcharge for all Credit cards and non UK debit cards.
- A 4% surcharge for AMEX and Diners Card payments.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel within 14 days of arrival the full remaining balance will be charged.

Having a personal greeter meet you at the front door was really nice, thank you. I also really appreciated the bucket of food and supplies. The only thing I didn't like about the apartment was the fact that the shower screen was too small and water got everywhere when you showered, but this is an extremely minor point, the apartment was lovely.
The booking process could be made better - I had to follow up to make sure my payment got processed when it seemed to be the case that it would be done automatically. This apartment should be recommended for its closeness to Tower Bridge, Tower of London, and access to the City of London (only 10 mins walk) - I didn't realise just how close it was until I got there.
