Chilworth Court #1, Smart, modern in a great location.

These modern, comfortable apartments are located in Paddington close to Hyde Park and just a couple of tube stops from the West End of London. Within very easy distance are the museums at Kensington, Kensington Palace and the Royal Albert Hall.

A highly convenient location with great transport links these apartments are ideal for the business of leisure traveller.

These luxury one bedroom apartments decorated in contemporary style offer a spacious living room equipped with a sofa, armchair, T.V, DVD player, CD player, coffee table, a dining table and chairs.

This lower ground floor apartment is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and flat screen T.V. A baby cot can also be provided at GBP 15 per night.

The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, dishwasher (in some apartments) , microwave, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

Maid service is provided every day with a linen change every second day (except Sundays).

All apartments benefit from T.Vs, equipped with a standard free channel package, in the living room, plus airconditioning and free wireless internet.

The lift in the building goes from the ground to the third floor only. There is CCTV and a secure entry system into the building.

The reception desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • On arrival you will be asked to provide your credit card for a pre authorisation of GBP 500 security deposit. This is released from your card after departure assuming no damages.
  • As with most hotels the remaining balance will be due on arrival.
  • You must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the day of arrival to avoid 100% cancellation charges.
  • SUMMER 2012: 1st June 2012 - 20th July 2012
  • A minimum stay of 28 nights will apply.
  • Further to your intial booking deposit a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 7 nights rental will be required on booking.
  • The remaining balance will be automatically requested from your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival.
  • OLYMPIC BOOKINGS: 20th July - 15th September
  • A minimum stay of 14 nights will apply.
  • In addition to your intial booking deposit the full balance will be payable at the time of booking.
  • In the event of cancellation a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance will be charged.
  • Payments made by credit card will attract a surcharge of 3.5% for AMEX, 3% for Masterdcard or Maestro, 2% for Visa transactions.
