Located within walking distance of Chelsea's designer boutiques and Sloane Square tube station, these Executive Studio apartments incorporate a living area with a double bed with Goose Down Duvets and Frette linen, sofa, flat screen TV with a satellite and digital package including movies and sports channels, dining table and chairs and writing desk . A DVD player and Hi-fi are also provided. Guests can also enjoy private access to Le Cercle, one of London's most innovative restaurants.

The fully fitted kitchen encorporates a microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, dinner service and all the cooking utensils and Royal Doulton fine china crockery you will need for your stay.

The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a bath, with shower over, toilet, handbasin and complimentary Aveda toiletries. A hairdryer is provided.

An organic Welcome Hamper will be provided for your arrival.

24 Hour security and CCTV surveillance, in-room safe, video entry phone, fitness room and daily maid service (Monday- Friday) ensure a comfortable stay.

Baby cots and high chairs can be supplied on request.

Wireless broadband charged at 55 GBP per week, additional guest beds, laundry and dry cleaning can all be arranged at an additional charge.

  • Payment Procedure:
  • Full rental must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival by AMEX, Diners, Visa, Mastercard, or electronic bank transfer. For stays in May – Sep and 15th – 31st December require payment 8 weeks in advance of arrival.
  • Prior to arrival a Temporary Accommodation License Agreement is signed by both the Landlord and the guest in order to confirm the booking. Upon arrival guests will also be asked to complete a registration card.
  • For stays of up to 7 nights a refundable deposit of 500 GBP is also payable prior to arrival to cover any losses or damages to the property.
  • For stays of 7 nights or more a refundable deposit equal to one week's rental is payable prior to arrival to cover any losses or damages to the property.
  • Cancellation Policy
  • Written notification of cancellation is required to avoid any further cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement, up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
  • Cancellation between 3-4 weeks prior to the arrival date the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement, up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
  • Please note that these apartments are operated exclusively for the use of corporate guests. Full payment for your stay will be required at the time of booking, together with a refundable security deposit of GBP 350.
  • In the event of cancellation a full refund of the rental amount will be given, providing written notification is received within the required notice periods shown below
  • For bookings of 7 nights or less, a full 3 days notice prior to your arrival date is required.
  • For bookings of between 8 and 30 nights, a full 7 days notice prior to your arrival date is required.
  • For bookings of 31 to 42 nights, a full 14 days notice prior to your arrival date is required.
  • For bookings of 43 nights or more, a full 21 days notice prior to your arrival date is required.
  • Cancellations received after the relevant notification date will be subject to a charge equal to the nightly rate multiplied by the number of days since the notification date has passed, e.g. if only ten days' notice has been given where fourteen are required, then the cancellation charge will be for four nights at the relevant nightly rate.
  • OLYMPIC BOOKING CONDITIONS:
  • Valid from the 1st July 2012 to the 31st August 2012. All studios and one bedroom apartments have a 14 night minimum during this time and the 2 bedroom apartments have a 28 night minimum.
  • The booking deposit will be paid to confirm the booking which is non refundable. 40% of the remainder will also be taken by the apartment manager on the day of booking. 25% of this is non refundable and non transferable should you cancel between booking and the 14th January 2012.
  • The final 60% will be due on the 15th January, from this point the 100% payment is non refundable and non transferable.
  • Prior to arrival a refundable security deposit of GBP 500 is required.
