Cheval Calico House is currently undergoing renovation. The works are planned to take place until July 2012. The apartment managers anticipate minimal disruption to guests and all works will be carried out Monday- Friday within office hours.
These superior one bedroom apartments are stylish offering a double bedroom, and open plan living/dining area with fully fitted kitchen and tiled bathroom.
The bedroom has a double bed, bed side tables and reading lamps and fitted wardrobes.
The living area has a sofa, flat screen TV with a digital package, dining table and chairs. A DVD player and Hi-Fi are also provided.
The fully fitted kitchen incorporates an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, dinner service and all the cooking utensils and fine china crockery you will need for your stay.In addition the kitchen benefits from a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience.
The fully tiled bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower over, toilet, handbasin and complimentary Molten Brown toiletries. A hair dryer is provided.
A luxury Welcome Hamper will be provided for your arrival.
24 Hour security and CCTV surveillance, in room safe, video entry phone, membership to a local heath club and daily maid service (Monday- Friday) ensure a comfortable stay.
Baby cots and high chairs can be supplied on request.
Wireless broadband charged at 36 GBP per week, additional guest beds charged at 120 GBP per week, laundry and dry cleaning can all be arranged at an additional charge.

- Payment Procedure:
- Full rental must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival by AMEX, Diners, Visa, Mastercard, or electronic bank transfer.
- Prior to arrival a Temporary Accommodation License Agreement is signed by both the Landlord and the guest in order to confirm the booking.
- For stays of up to 7 nights nights a dilapidation deposit will be required. For stays of more than 7 nights a refundable deposit of 500 GBP is also payable prior to arrival to cover any losses or damages to the property.
- For stays of 7 nights or more a refundable deposit equal to one week's rental is payable prior to arrival to cover any losses or damages to the property.
- Cancellation Policy
- Written notification of cancellation is required to avoid any further cancellation charges.
- Cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
- Cancellation between 3-4 weeks prior to the arrival date the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
- Please note that these apartments are operated exclusively for the use of corporate guests. Full payment for your stay will be required at the time of booking, together with a refundable security deposit of GBP 350.
- In the event of cancellation a full refund of the rental amount will be given, providing written notification is received within the required notice periods shown below
- For bookings of 7 nights or less, a full 3 days notice prior to your arrival date is required.
- For bookings of between 8 and 30 nights, a full 7 days notice prior to your arrival date is required.
- For bookings of 31 to 42 nights, a full 14 days notice prior to your arrival date is required.
- For bookings of 43 nights or more, a full 21 days notice prior to your arrival date is required.
- Cancellations received after the relevant notification date will be subject to a charge equal to the nightly rate multiplied by the number of days since the notification date has passed, e.g. if only ten days' notice has been given where fourteen are required, then the cancellation charge will be for four nights at the relevant nightly rate.
- FOR OLYMPIC BOOKINGS: 1st July 2012- 31st August 2012
- The full balance will be required on booking. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- A security deposit of GBP 500 will be required one week prior to arrival, this will be charged as a pre-authorised payment against the credit card supplied at the time of booking. This security deposit is fully refundable less any deductions for damages.
