Chesham Court #1, Elegant Belgravia Apartment
Located in a Victorian mansion in Belgravia, these apartments are within a few minutes of Sloane Street, Harrods, Hyde Park and the bustling Knightsbridge shopping district with an abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars.
All apartments are air conditioned. The reception is open from 9am to 6pm.
These elegantly decorated studio apartments offer one double pull down bed, living/ dining room with separate fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The living room is equipped with a pull down double bed, sofa, comfortable chairs, coffee table, a dining table and chairs. There is a large flat screen TV with a cable, satellite and free view package and complimentary WiFi internet access is also available through out the apartment.
The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bathroom is fitted with W.C., shower over bath, heated towel rail, handbasin and complimentary toiletries on arrival.
A maid service is provided on alternate days ensuring a regular supply of towels and fresh linen.
There is also a washing machine and dryer plus ironing facilities either within the apartment or at least within the apartment building. Please state at the time of booking if you require an apartment with laundry facilities within the apartment.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- A pre-authoisation of GBP 300 will be held on your card for the duration of your stay against any damages incurred during your stay. The hold will be released on check out.
- As with most hotels the remaining balance will be due on arrival.
- You must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the day of arrival to avoid 100% cancellation charges.
- SUMMER 2012: 1st June 2012 - 20th July 2012
- A minimum stay of 28 nights will apply.
- Further to your intial booking deposit a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 7 nights rental will be required on booking.
- The remaining balance will be automatically requested from your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival.
- OLYMPIC BOOKINGS: 20th July - 15th September
- A minimum stay of 14 nights will apply.
- In addition to your intial booking deposit the full balance will be payable at the time of booking.
- In the event of cancellation a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance will be charged.
- Payments made by credit card will attract a surcharge of 3.5% for AMEX, 3% for Masterdcard or Maestro, 2% for Visa transactions.

The whole trip went very well. Our greeter actually let my store our things in the room for a couple of hours, before I could arrive to properly check in (my name was on the booking) which I thought was very nice. Loving Apartments booking did fabulously. As far as the actual apartment itself, my only complaint was that the one time we called the number we were given for assistance with appliances, etc, the person (who answered to the name we were given) said he didn't understand English, and couldn't understand our request.
