Comments from Guests that stayed at this apartment...
  • "The booking and check-in processes were first class, and happily the terms & conditions were not overly proscriptive. Any questions that I raised in advance of our arrival were answered promptly and effectively. The TV set in the apartment was excellent quality, and were able to use it for the radio. Great fridge space!!! There was a dining room table and chairs in the apt which was great cos it hadn't been mentioned or pictured in the ad. There was also an iron and ironing board which again wasn't mentioned on the web-site. These were nice surprises! The 3 best things about the apartment were, the space, the proximity of excellent public transport, and the proximity to excellent supermarket, shops and restaurants. Overall, we were delighted with the apartment. Just a few niggles to mention, in the interest of honest feedback! It is a tad scruffy, a lick of paint would do wonders for the immediate impression. The electric kettle was not great quality, we had to wait for it to cool down before we could switch it on if we needed a second boil. The gas starter switch on the hob doesn't work so we had to go to the shop for matches to cook our first meal. The directions for switching on the heating were not clear and did not mention a switch in the kitchen which needed to be turned on to activate the system . The upholstery on the couches is a bit jaded ."

  • "The space was good - plenty of room for 5 of us, with lots of bathrooms, good towels and bedding, very comfy beds, a decent refrig, microwave, and oven. The neighborhood is excellent, and considering that it was central London and that we booked very late, the price wasn't bad."

Recommendations from Guests that stayed at this apartment...

"The Lady Ottoline is a new bar & restaurant on 11 Northington St, about 15 minutes walk from the apartment. We had a wonderful meal there. The Brunswick Centre is about 5 minutes walk and has Wiatroses, good book shop and many other good shpooing places. The area in general is littered with interesting shops, restaurants and bars. We barely scratched the surface!"

...Therese, Ireland, November 2011.

"Anyone staying in this part of London should visit the Foundling Museum at Brunswick Square. Good friendly pub on Marchmont Street. For shopping recommend Waitrose in the Brunswick Centre (cool architecture) or various corner shops."
