These DeluxeThree Bedroom apartments have been newly refurbished to an extremely high standard consisting of a large living area featuring modern sofas and chairs, coffee table and a dining area, each with a 6 seater dining room table.
In each living areas there is also everything you will need to ensure full mobility, whether for business or leisure. A work desk with a private 2 line speaker, direct dial telephone with voice mail, high speed internet access (0.30p per minute) and a fax and printer with laptop connection.
An entertainment system in each apartment provides flat screen TV, receiving a full satellite package of entertainment, movies, news, sport, shopping and radio channels, and a DVD and CD player. A comprehensive DVD and CD library is available from the apartment reception.
The three bedrooms feature one king size bed, two single beds and one queen size double bed (the doubles can be split to make extra twins on request), bedside tables, lamps, a wardrobe offering ample storage space and a personal safe.
The three bathrooms are marble tiled and consist of a bath/ power shower, wc, hand basin, heated towel rail, hairdryer and complimentary, luxury bathrobes and toiletries.
The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cutlery, utensils and all the tableware you will need. Additional Booking Conditions:
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.
- If you are staying for 7 nights or more you will be required to pay 50% of the total accommodation cost at the time of booking.
- For bookings of over 90 days, the equivalent of 2 months accommodation cost will be required in advance and thereafter on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- On arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full.
- Cancellation Policy.
- Should you cancel and if your stay is between 1-6 nights you must provide 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid an additional charge equivalent to one night's rental.
- For stays of between 7-13 nights, any cancellations or amendments must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid the forfeiture of the total deposit made at the time of your booking.
- For stays of between 14-28 nights and 29-90 nights, cancellations or amendments must be made 14 days and 30 days respectively, prior to arrival, to avoid the forfeiture of the total deposit made at the time of your booking.
- Olympic Booking Conditions:
- Please note that for stays over and inclusive of 27th July to 12th August 2012 to following booking conditions will apply.
- A 14 night minimum is required.
- Full payment is required on booking and is non refundable and non transferable.
