These apartments are within a restored listed building within what used to be Spitalfields Market. This area is highly desirable set in the centre of London's financial district and in close proximity of Liverpool Street and several tube stations.

The immediate area has plenty of excellent restaurants, boutique shops, bars and coffee shops. Close by is Petticoact Lane with Brick Lane and Shoreditch within easy distance. This is where old London meets new offering history, culture and style.

A complimentary welcome pack of food and toiletries is provided as is weekly housekeeping and linen change.

The apartment has a video entry phone, a phone with low cost calls and high speed internet. A washer/dryer is also provided.

These corporate one bedroom apartments are bright, modern and spacious offering a lounge providing a TV with satellite channels, a sofa, easy chair, coffee table, dining room table and chairs, and a work desk with lamp.

The kitchen has an oven and hob, a fridge freezer, dishwasher, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave oven and all the crockery and utensils you will need for your stay.

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, and a wardrobe offering ample storage space. An extra temporary bed is provided for the third guest.

The bathroom is clean and bright and consists of a bath, power shower, wc, hand basin, heated towel rail, hairdryer and complimentary, luxury toiletries.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • Please note that these apartments are operated exclusively for the use of corporate guests. Full payment for your stay will be required at the time of booking, together with a refundable security deposit of GBP 350.
  • In the event of cancellation a full refund of the rental amount will be given, providing written notification is received within the required notice periods shown below
  • The cancellation notice periods for apartments booked during the periods 1 January - 30 June 2012 and 11 September - 31 December 2012 are:
  • for bookings of 1 - 6 nights 24 hours clear notice prior to the arrival date is required.
  • for bookings of between 7 and 30 nights, a full 7 days notice prior to your arrival date is required.
  • for bookings of 31 nights or more, a full 14 days notice prior to your arrival date is required.
  • Cancellations received after the relevant notification date will be subject to a charge equal to the nightly rate multiplied by the number of days since the notification date has passed, e.g. if only ten days' notice has been given where fourteen are required, then the cancellation charge will be for four nights at the relevant nightly rate.
  • Olympics Bookings.
  • The following policy applies to bookings during the London 2012 Olympics 1 July - 10 September 2012:
  • Full Payment is due by bank transfer at the time of booking.
  • No refund is made upon cancellation.
