Situated on one of the most beautiful Georgian streets in Central London these newly refurbished apartments offer a modern and stylish base from which to explore this exciting city. The apartments are arranged over five floors and whilst the building has no lift there is a 24 hour reception to provide you with assistance with your luggage.
These open plan large double studio apartments are located within a traditional Georgian building with large windows offering bright and airy accommodation in an extremely central location.
These air-conditioned apartments offer a double bed with bedside tables, chairs, a flat screen TV with freeview channels, a CD/DVD player, a private pay as you go telephone, bathroom and kitchen.
The kitchen has an oven and small hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. Hair dryers are also provided for your personal use.
All apartment guests have use of the private roof terrace a lovely area with space to sit. There is also a communal lounge area for guests to use with two large leather sofas, small tables and chairs and flat screen TV, giving you more than the space in the studios to relax.
All apartment guests have use of a shared complimentary laundry facility located in the basement of the building. There is complimentary wired internet in the apartment.

- You must provide a minimum of 7 days notice in writing to avoid charges.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival and you are staying for up to 7 nights, you will be charged for the first night's rental.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival and you are staying for 8 nights or more, you will be charged for the first three night's rental.
- Olympic Booking Conditions:
- For stays between and including 17th July 2012 and 20th August 2012 the following booking conditions will apply.
- Full payment is required at the time or booking, this payment is non refundable and non transferable.
- A 3 night minimum stay is required.
