These beautiful Penthouse two bedroom apartments are on two levels and offer style and space. The Penthouse apartments are bright and modern offering, on the first level, a lounge providing sofa, easy chair, coffee table, dining room table and chairs, and a work desk with lamp.
On the second level are the bedrooms which have a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, and a wardrobe offering ample storage space. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom.
Also on this level is a study with desk and chair.
The main bathroom is marble clad, clean and bright and consist of a bath, power shower, wc, hand basin, heated towel rail, hairdryer and complimentary, luxury toiletries. The en suite, also marble clad, has a power shower, wc, hand basin and complimentary luxury toiletries.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and a washing machine / tumble dryer. It has all the crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils you will need during your stay.
All apartments have air conditioning, controlled heating, TV with satellite channels and a direct line telephone, with additional charges.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- On arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full. In addition you will need to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover any incidental expenses which may be incurred during your stay.
- Should you wish to pay the outstanding balance by credit card, a 3% surcharge will apply. The apartment manager is unable to accept either Amex or Diners for the balance payment.
- Cancellation Policy:
- For stays 1-6 nights you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your arrival day in order to avoid further cancellation charges of 1 night's accommodation.
- For stays 7-28 nights you must cancel at least 72 hours prior to your arrival day in order to avoid further cancellation charges of 3 nights accommodation.
- For stays 29 nights or more you must cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival day in order to avoid further cancellation charges of 14 nights accommodation.
- Olympic Booking Conditions:
- A minimum stay of 21 nights is required for any stays over and inclusive of the 25th July to the 15th August 2012.
- Please note in addition to the deposit taken by Loving Apartments 25% of the total amount will be required on booking by the apartment manager. The full remaining payment will then be due 6 months prior to arrival.
- All payments once received are non refundable and non transferable.
