Bayswater Executive #2, Well Appointed Studio.

These comfortable apartments are located on the edge of Londons most famous park, Hyde Park. This vast green space offers a serene and tranquil oasis of calm, right in the centre of this fabulous capital city. Famous for Speakers Corner, The Serpentine lake and the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain and Playground, this is a lovely location.

The Bayswater area where these apartments are situated offers an excellent choice of restaurants, shops, cinemas and bars. Within easy walking distance of two underground stations this is a great base from which to explore the central London area.

The West End is just a few tube stops away, whilst Notting Hill, Kensington, Knightsbridge and Mayfair are close by.

The apartments have a modern design and are styled for comfort and value. Each of the 122 studio apartments have oak wooden flooring, modern Italian kitchenette and plasma screen televisions.

A weekly cleaning service is provided, and there is a reception team at the front desk until midnight. A launderette is provided in the building for shared use (extra charges). There is free WiFi internet in the reception area and paid for broadband internet access can be provided in the apartment on request. Luggage storage can also be arranged for an extra charge.

This executive apartment is slightly larger than a standard double studio, has a double bed, a well equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave oven and a fridge freezer. There is a plasma T.V and the apartment has internet access.

The bathroom has a power shower, W.C, hand basin and heated towel rail.

In some of these apartments an extra bed can be provided for a third guest (extra charges may apply).

The apartment also provides an iron and ironing board and a wardrobe.

Internet is charged at GBP 6 per night in the apartment.

  • Payments of the remaining balance by credit card will be subject to a 3% surcharge.
  • Payment:
  • Please note that a pre authorisation for the value of the first night will be taken from the credit card provided prior to arrival on bookings for 1-13 nights. For bookings of 14 nights or more, a pre authorisation of 3 nights will apply.
  • Please be advised that reservations will only be fully confirmed subject to successful pre-authorisation.
  • The remaining balance payment for your stay will be requested upon arrival. A 3% commission will apply to all credit card transactions for the balance (commission not applicable to UK debit cards).
  • In case of prepaid reservations guests will need to present the credit card used for payment together with a valid form of I.D upon check in.
  • Cancellations:
  • All cancellations must be received in writing and can only apply from the business day that they are received. Please note that notifications cannot therefore be dealt with by the apartment manager at weekends.
  • If you cancel at any time your initial booking deposit is non refundable.Thereafter the following charges will also apply.
  • Reservations for 1-13nights: Bookings can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival (by 2 PM)
  • If a booking is cancelled or modified after that period, One night cancellation fee will apply.
  • Reservation for more than 14 days: Bookings can be cancelled modified free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival (by 2 PM).
  • If a booking is cancelled modified after that period, 3 nights cancellation fee will apply.
