These comfortable apartments are located on the edge of London’s most famous park, Hyde Park. This vast green space offers a serene and tranquil oasis of calm, right in the centre of this fabulous capital city. Famous for Speakers Corner, The Serpentine lake and the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain and Playground, this is a lovely location.
The Bayswater area where these apartments are situated offers an excellent choice of restaurants, shops, cinemas and bars. Within easy walking distance of two underground stations this is a great base from which to explore the central London area.
The West End is just a few tube stops away, whilst Notting Hill, Kensington, Knightsbridge and Mayfair are close by.
The apartments have a modern design and are styled for comfort and value. Each of the 122 studio apartments have oak wooden flooring, modern Italian kitchenette and plasma screen televisions.
A weekly cleaning service is provided, and there is a reception team at the front desk until midnight. A launderette is provided in the building for shared use (extra charges). There is free WiFi internet in the reception area and paid for internet access can be provided in the apartment on request. Luggage storage can also be arranged for an extra charge.
This executive apartment is slightly larger than a standard double studio, has a double bed, a well equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils. There is a plasma T.V and the apartment has internet access.
The bathroom has a power shower, W.C, hand basin and heated towel rail.
In some of these apartments an extra bed can be provided for a third guest.
The apartment also provides an iron and ironing board and a wardrobe.
Internet is charged at GBP 6 per night in the apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Payments of the remaining balance by credit card will be subject to a 3% surcharge.
- Please note that a pre-authorisation equal to the first night's rental will be taken by the apartment manager, from the credit card provided. Reservations can only be considered fully confirmed subject to a successful pre-authorisation.
- All cancellations must be received in writing and can only apply from the business day that they are received. Please note that notifications cannot therefore be dealt with by the apartment manager at weekends.
- For bookings of 1-6 nights written notification must be received by 2.00pm on the day prior to your arrival, to avoid further charges.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival day a further 1 night's rental charge will apply.
- For bookings of 7 nights or more, written notification must be received by 2.00pm, 7 days prior to your arrival, to avoid further charges.
- For bookings of 7 nights or more, if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival day a further charge equal to 7 night's rental charge will apply.
- Any cancellation or reduction in the length of stay will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the rental.
- Olympic Booking Conditions.
- For all bookings between 25th July and 12st August, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.
- The rental balance will be non-refundable and non-changeable.
- During this period, a 3 night minimum stay will apply.
- Olympic rates may be subject to change, without prior notice.
