These lovely apartments are in a fantastic location opposite Harrods in prestigious Knightsbridge. Also just a short walk away is Harvey Nicols and the beautiful Hyde Park is just a 10 minute walk away.
The apartments are comfortably furnished and offer space, security and a home from hone in the heart of London.
Daily maid service is provided from Monday - Friday. The apartments are air conditioned and business facilities are available in the building. A baby cot can be provided for an extra charge of GBP 30 per week. The apartments have complimentary high speed internet access and a telephone.
This elegant three bedroom, three bathroom apartment is spread across two floors and it is the Penthouse apartment in the building. It has a living room, kitchen three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. It also has a balcony on both levels.
On the first floor of the apartment is the living and dining room, the kitchen a bathroom and a double bedroom.
The living area has a sofa and chairs, a coffee table, a T.V and radio and a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher and all the cutlery and utensils you will need.
In the bedroom there is a double bed, bedside tables, a work desk and chair and a wardrobe.
Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms and two more bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, a work desk and chair and a wardrobe. It also benefits from an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom also has a double bed and a wardrobe.
The bathrooms have a bath with shower, or a shower stall, a W.C and hand basin.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Payment:
- The balance payment is taken by the management company 4 weeks prior to your arrival by credit or debit card.
- For bookings due to commence within 4 weeks, full prepayment is taken at the time of booking.
- For bookings of two weeks or less, due to commence outside 4 weeks, a deposit equivalent to the cost of two night's accommodation will be taken. Full payment will then be taken 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- For bookings of more than two weeks, due to commence outside 4 weeks, a deposit equivalent to one week's accommodation will be taken. Full payment will then be taken 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- Cancellations:
- To avoid charges cancellations must be made more than 4 weeks prior to arrival for stays from May - September.
- If you cancel within 4 weeks of arrival a cancellation charge of the full balance will be made.
- For stays from October - April, you must cancel more than 2 weeks prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges.
- If you cancel within 2 weeks of arrival a cancellation charge of the full balance will be made.
- Please bring photo identification such as a passport with you.
- A GBP 20 administration charge will be made for any amendments to your booking once confirmed.
- Security Deposit:
- A security deposit of GBP 25 per day will be taken as a pre authorisation from your credit card. Refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- Loss of keys will results in a charge of GBP 240.
