Baltimore Wharf apartments are located on the water, and next to Crossharbour DLR. Also conveniently located off Pepper Street, which has an abundance of little shops, cafe’s and a few pubs. There is a Tesco Express at the back of the building, and a large supermarket about five minute’s walk away. Walking to Canary Wharf takes about ten minutes, or if you hop on the Crossharbour DLR you’ll be there in three stops (about two minutes).
There are thirty stylish designed apartments over six floors with fully serviced amenities. Each apartment has a large balcony for enjoying the marble fountains and gardens of the central courtyard.
Inside each apartment you will find ultra-modern appliances boasting sleek designs coupled with the convenience of easy-to-use controls making life easy, contemporary, and luxurious.
This tremendous development houses an innovatively designed, central landscaped piazza surrounded by restaurants, cafĂ©’s and shops. The building also has a beautiful gym.
Baby cots can be provided for GBP 10 per day. An extra bed can be provided for GBP 150 per stay.
These one bedroom apartments are stylish and comfortable offering a real home from home. They all benefit from a balcony with terrace furniture.
The living room is open plan to the kitchen and has a sofa, coffee table, a TV, DVD player, CD player and a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is sleek and modern and provides a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedroom has a double bed. The tiled bathroom is clean and bright and offers a bath with shower over, a toilet, hand basin and a hair dryer is provided.
The apartment also offers a washing machine and dryer, an iron and ironing board. Complimentary wifi is provided in the apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- The full amount is payable at the time of booking via credit card or bank transfer. Please note that all card transactions have a 3.5% administration charge.
- Cancellation Policy.
- If you cancel you must give 7 working day's notice prior to your arrival date in order to receive a full refund.
- If less than 7 working day's notice is given, then you will be charged a penalty as follows:
- If you cancel within 6 working days of arrival you will be charged the equivalent of one nights rental.
- If you cancel within 5 working days of arrival you will be charged the equivalent of two nights rental.
- If you cancel within 4 working days of arrival you will be charged the equivalent of three nights rental.
- If you cancel within 3 working days of arrival you will be charged the equivalent of four nights rental.
- If you cancel within 2 working days of arrival you will be charged the equivalent of five nights rental.
- If you cancel within 1 working day of arrival you will be charged the equivalent of six nights rental.
- If you cancel on the day of arrival you will be charged the full rental amount.
- OLYMPIC BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- For any bookings over the Olympic period a 90 night minimum will apply.
