The kitchen provides an oven, a microwave oven, a kettle and a fridge, plus cutlery, crockery and utensils.
One bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and a WC.
The other bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and flat screen TV.
The second bathroom has a shower, hand basin and a WC. A hair dryer and complimentary toiletries are provided.

An extra bed can be provided on request, subject to availability for a maximum charge of GBP 45 per night.

- If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival or are a No Show three nights rental will be taken as a cancellation charge.
- Bookings of 28 nights or more:
To avoid cancellation charges you must cancel in writing via email more than 7 days prior to your arrival.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival or are a No Show seven nights rental will be taken as a cancellation charge.
