The bathroom is very modern and beautifully presented with WC, hand basin and bath with shower over.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine/dryer.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Parking is available at the NCP car park on the corner of Gloucester Place and Marylebone Road.
- Please note no stag or hen groups are permitted to stay at these apartments.
- At the time of booking, and after your initial booking deposit, the apartment management company will take a further deposit of 50% of the remaining balance.
- The remaining balance is due 14 working days prior to your arrival. This can be paid by credit or debit card, or by bank transfer.
- Should you need to cancel you must give 28 days notice to avoid further cancellation charges.
- If you cancel between 28 days and 15 days of your arrival a further 10% of the balance will be charged.
- If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival, or you are a No Show the full remaining balance will be charged.
- Please note that for the balance payments a 2.5% surcharge will be made for credit cards and a 4% surcharge for Amex. No charge is made for debit cards.
- There will be a GBP 10 administration charge made by the apartment management company for any amendments to your booking.
- Upon arrival a pre authorisation of your credit card or debit card for GBP 200 per apartment may be requested as security against any damages and incidentals. A passport or driving license may also be requested as proof of identification.
- OLYMPIC BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- From the 25th July to the 14th August 2012 a 21 night minimum will apply.
- Full payment will be required at the time of booking and is non refundable and non transferable.
