Arlington House is an exclusive apartment building located next to the lovely open space of Green Park, in prestigious Mayfair.
It is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac between Green Park and St James’s Street, just off Piccadilly in Central London. This fully air-conditioned apartment building overlooks Green Park and is located in the same street as the world famous, Ritz Hotel.
This property is surrounded by galleries, local bars, restaurants and shops and it is only a stone's throw from Green Park underground, from where there is excellent transport connections to the rest of central London.
Broadband internet connection is available on request for an extra daily cost. There is maid service 5 days a week (except Bank Holidays) and linen is changed once a week.
These three bedroom apartments have three double bedrooms, living/dining area and kitchen.
The living/dining area has a large sofa, chairs, coffee table, dining table with chairs, stereo, satellite television with DVD player and telephone.
The bedrooms come with double beds, bedside tables, reading lamps, chest of draws and wardrobes.
The kitchenette comes fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bathrooms provide you with shower or bath, hand basin, bidet, WC and heated towel rail. The master en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi bath.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A refundable security deposit will be required on arrival. The deposit will vary depending on the length of stay, so please ask for further details prior to making your booking. For check in on the weekend your security deposit will be charged on the Friday.
- The full balance for your rental will be automatically taken by the apartment manager, 14 days prior to your arrival. Please note that if your stay is between 1st July - 31st August, the full rental balance will be requested 56 days prior to your arrival.
- A surcharge of 3.50% will apply to American Express cards.
- Cancellation Policy.
- In the event of cancellation you must provide written notification, via email, a minimum of 14 days prior to your arrival day, to avoid additional charges.
- If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival day there will be an additional charge equivalent to the full rental amount.
- Please note that if your stay is between 1st July - 31st August, you must provide a minimum of 56 days notice prior to your arrival day, to avoid additional charges.
- If you cancel within 56 days of your arrival day, and your stay is between 1st July - 31st August, there will be an additional charge equivalent to the full rental amount.
