Hertford Street in Mayfair has long been one of the most fashionable thoroughfares in this aristocratic neighbourhood, and was often mentioned in the days of William IV as the height of fashion.
This Grade II listed building has recently been completed renovated and refurbished inside. The apartments now offer luxury contemporary style. It is situated in the heart of the historic Mayfair district and within walking distance of many of this vibrant capitals premier attractions, close to numerous historic landmarks.
These stylish studios offer a sleeping area equipped with a double sofa bed, bedside tables and some wardrobe space.
The appliances provided in the kitchen are an oven and hob, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The apartment also has a large flat screen TV showing Sky channels and complimentary WiFi broadband internet access is available.
The fully tiled bathroom is fitted with power shower, hand basin and WC. Complimentary toiletries are provided as well as a hairdryer. A maid service is provided every day ensuring a regular supply of towels and fresh linen.
Also provided are ironing facilities, an alarm clock and a safe. High chair can be made available for a charge of GBP 15.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- On arrival you will be asked to provide your credit card for a pre authorisation of GBP 500 security deposit. This is released from your card after departure assuming no damages.
- As with most hotels the remaining balance will be due on arrival.
- You must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the day of arrival to avoid 100% cancellation charges.
- SUMMER 2012: 1st June 2012 - 20th July 2012
- A minimum stay of 28 nights will apply.
- Further to your intial booking deposit a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 7 nights rental will be required on booking.
- The remaining balance will be automatically requested from your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival.
- OLYMPIC BOOKINGS: 20th July - 15th September
- A minimum stay of 14 nights will apply.
- In addition to your intial booking deposit the full balance will be payable at the time of booking.
- In the event of cancellation a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance will be charged.
- Payments made by credit card will attract a surcharge of 3.5% for AMEX, 3% for Masterdcard or Maestro, 2% for Visa transactions.
