Hertford Street in Mayfair has long been one of the most fashionable thoroughfares in this aristocratic neighbourhood, and was often mentioned in the days of William IV as the height of fashion.
This building is a restored period house situated in the heart of the historic Mayfair district and within walking distance of many of this vibrant capitals premier attractions. Close to numerous historic landmarks, it has traditional features and classic decorations, with the addition of modern conveniences.
Each bright and spacious apartment features hard wood floors with underfloor heating, modern fitted kitchens and contemporary bathrooms with all conveniences including power showers.
These three bedroom and three bathroom apartments are comprised of a one bedroom apartment, and two studio apartments situated next to each other with a master front door. They offer a living room, three fully fitted kitchens and three bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, armchair, coffee table, some storage space, a dining table and chairs. There is also a TV broadcasting free satellite channels and free broadband internet connection is provided within the building.
The kitchens come equipped with a fridge, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside tables. Two of the bedrooms also have a lounge area furnished with a dining table and chairs. These two bedrooms also have a TV in each.
The bathrooms are fully tiled bathroom and fitted with a wc, shower over bath and handbasin in each.
A maid service is provided 2 days a week ensuring a regular supply of towels and fresh linen and a washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for your personal use.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- On arrival you will be asked to provide your credit card for a pre authorisation of GBP 1000 security deposit. This is released from your card after departure assuming no damages.
- As with most hotels the remaining balance will be due on arrival.
- You must provide a minimum of 14 days written notice prior to the day of arrival to avoid 100% cancellation charges.

- A minimum stay of 28 nights will apply.
- Further to your intial booking deposit a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 7 nights rental will be required on booking.
- The remaining balance will be automatically requested from your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival.
- OLYMPIC BOOKINGS: 20th July - 15th September
- A minimum stay of 14 nights will apply.
- In addition to your intial booking deposit the full balance will be payable at the time of booking.
- In the event of cancellation a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance will be charged.
- Payments made by credit card will attract a surcharge of 3.5% for AMEX, 3% for Masterdcard or Maestro, 2% for Visa transactions.
