This very spacious third floor apartment provides a living area, three bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It is light and bright and offers a large private space in a great location. Please note that there is no lift access in the building.
The living area has a sofa bed, arm chairs, coffee table, a dining table and chairs, a TV with cable/satellite channels.
The kitchen area is well equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, plates, various glasses, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine, coffee machine and all the cutlery, crockery, pots and pans that you should require during your stay.
The dining room has a dining table with four chairs.
The bedrooms have a double bed in each, a wardrobe, bedside tables, storage and reading lamps.
The bathroom has a bath, a hand basin and a toilet.
An iron, ironing board and hair dryer is available for your convenience.
A weekly maid service is provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 300 EUR pre authorization security deposit will be authorised off your credit card upon arrival. The card will not be charged if no damage is notified upon departure.
- Balance Payments:
- The balance payment can be made by credit card at the time of booking using Paypal only.
- Alternatively you can pay in cash on arrival.
- For stay of less than 3 weeks in duration and where not more than two apartments are booked the following cancellation policy will apply...
- For cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival a EUR 50 cancellation fee will be applied.
- For cancellations received 29 to 15 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the remaining balance will be applied.
- For cancellations received 14 to 7 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining balance will be applied.
- For cancellations received 6 to 3 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equivalent to 70% of the remaining balance will be applied.
- For cancellations received less than 3 days prior to arrival or for no-shows, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance will be applied.
- For stay of more than 3 weeks in duration and where more than two apartments are booked the following will apply...
