This bright and beautifully decorated apartment is located on Dohany Street that runs through the centre of Budpest. It provides a large living area, three bedrooms, a tiled bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. There is also a dining area with dining table and six chairs.
The living area has a sofa , coffee table and TV with a cable package.
The three spacious double bedrooms each have a double bed, bed side tables and storage.
The fitted kitchen area is well equipped with an oven, microwave oven, kettle, fridge, electric coffee maker and all the cutlery, crockery, pots and pans that you should require during your stay. A smaller dining area is also provided in the kitchen.
The fully tiled, stylish bathroom has a bath, handbasin, hair dryer and separate W.C.
An iron and ironing board is available for your convenience.
A weekly maid service is provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 300 EUR pre authorization security deposit will be authorised off your credit card upon arrival. The card will not be charged if no damage is notified upon departure.
- Balance Payments:
- The balance payment can be made by credit card at the time of booking using Paypal only.
- Alternatively you can pay in cash on arrival.
- For stay of less than 3 weeks in duration and where not more than two apartments are booked the following cancellation policy will apply...
- For cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival a EUR 50 cancellation fee will be applied.
- For cancellations received 29 to 15 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the remaining balance will be applied.
- For cancellations received 14 to 7 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining balance will be applied.
- For cancellations received 6 to 3 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee equivalent to 70% of the remaining balance will be applied.
- For cancellations received less than 3 days prior to arrival or for no-shows, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance will be applied.
