The apartment consists of a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living area with most having a balcony.
The kitchen is fitted with an oven, stove top, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, dishwasher, a fridge/ freezer and all the cutlery and crockery you would need during your stay. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. Cots available upon request.
In the living area there are sofas, dining table and chairs. There is a cable TV and a CD player.
The bedroom can have a king size double bed or twin beds - please request which type you require on booking.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower, toilet and hand basin.
Breakfast service is available at 10 EUR per day.
On site car parking is available for 15 EUR per day.
Wireless internet access is available at 15 EUR per day or 38 EUR per week.

There is a daily maid and weekly linen service. In case of long term bookings cleaning is not provided Sundays

- Cancellations: Bookings of 1-6 days may be cancelled up to 2 p.m local time - on the day prior to arrival, otherwise a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's charge is payable. In case of no show or shortening of the stay a fee equivalent to one night's charge is payable.
- Bookings of 7-14 days may be cancelled 2 days prior to arrival, otherwise a cancellation fee equivalent to two night's charge is payable. In case of no show or shortening of the stay a fee equivalent to one night's charge is payable.
- Bookings of 15-29 days may be cancelled 4 days prior to arrival, otherwise a cancellation fee equivalent to four night's charge is payable. In case of no show or shortening of the stay a fee equivalent to four night's charge is payable.
