This attractive three bedroom apartment is situated in a building built shortly after World War 2, located in the popular, lively area of Friedrichshain.

It is in very close proximity to the main areas and sights of Berlin. Based only a five minute walk away from the famous Alexanderplatz you will find the Karl-Marx-Allee Berlin's famous boulevard and Berlin T.V. Tower where you can take in the city views.

Heading slightly South is Berlin's River the Spree located on the tip of Museum Island, where lovely boat cruises are on offer taking you past all the sights and where you can find the Bode Museum one of Berlin's largest.

This large bright apartment has light wooden flooring throughout offering you everything you need for your perfect stay in Berlin. It comprises of combined living areas and bedrooms, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. Please note that there is no separate living room.

The first bedroom is the largest having a double bed with bed side tables and reading lamps, a sofa bed suitable for one adult, a coffee table with three small cushioned stools, a work desk area with a chair, a chest of draws and a standing clothes hanger. Large double glazed windows take over the back wall allowing plenty of light in.

The second bedroom has three single beds two of which can be made into a double bed, a sofa bed suitable for one adult, a coffee table with two small cushioned stools, a chest of draws and clothes hanging space.

The third bedroom has three single beds (Two can be made into a double upon request) and a sofa bed suitable for one adult.

There is also a single bed positioned in the corridor.

The well equipped kitchen has an oven, a stove, a fridge, a small freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a long breakfast bar having three stools and plenty of cookware and utensils for your stay.

The bright bathroom has a bath with a standing shower, a handbasin with mirror, a washing machine, a hair dryer and a W.C.

Complimentary internet access and a CD player are available within the apartment. A baby cot is available upon request, free of charge.
