These comfortable compact two bedroom apartments are perfect for your stay in Berlin. Each of the apartments has two bedrooms, an open plan sleeping/dining/living area, a bathroom and a well equipped kitchenette.
The two bedrooms each have twin beds and storage. One of the bedrooms has a table and chairs for two guests.
The living and sleeping area has twin beds, sofa, storage and a small dining table with three chairs perfect for three guests.
The well equipped kitchenette has a fridge, two hotplates, a microwave, a small table and two chairs and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery that you should require during your stay.
There are two tiled shower rooms the first with a shower, a handbasin with mirror and a W.C. The second with a shower and handbasin. The second W.C. and handbasin are located separately.
Complimentary internet access is available and communal washing machine facilities are accessible in the building.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- As with most hotels, the balance of your booking is due on arrival in cash in EUR or by Credit Card.
- If you wish to pay the balance of your booking in advance of the arrival the apartment manager will accept the balance by bank transfer. Please contact us for details of how to do this.
- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Further to this cancellation notification received within 7 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 80% of the remaining balance.
